What happens if my proctor does not receive the e-mail with the code?

It is the student’s sole responsibility to verify that their proctor received such an e-mail. If the proctor did not receive such an e-mail at least three days prior to the commencement of the final exam period the student must contact their Program Advisor immediately and report that his/her Proctor failed to receive such an e-mail. In order to avoid this, UoPeople suggests that students advise their proctor to add student.services@uopeople.edu to their contacts or safe list to ensure that the e-mail does not go to the spam folder.
