Once the link opens please type your email address into the space provided for "Email" and click the "Send reset link" button. Be sure to have your applicant ID available as well.

A few minutes after you click the send reset link button you will receive the link to reset your password in your email; please check both your email's inbox and spam/junk folder for the password reset link that will be sent to you in an email titled “Request to Change Self Service Portal Password”.
