I can’t submit my online application, what should I do?

You will not be able to submit your online application until you have completed ALL of the sections of the online application. When you login, you will see the different sections of your online application on the left hand side of your applicant homepage. When a section is completed, a hot pink check mark will appear next to the title. If you do not see a hot pink check mark, this means that you have not yet completed that section. Go back to any section that does not have a hot pink check mark, and make sure all of the sections marked with an asterisk (*) are completed. If you have entered information incorrectly, a message will appear by the field with the incorrect details.
